Which credit cards do you accept? We currently accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
Do you take Paypal? Not at this time.
Can I mail in a check or money order to pay for my order? No, we only accept credit or debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo.

How much is shipping? Our shipping rates are as follows:

Order subtotal $75.00 - $99.99 $10.00

Express Mail to US addresses: Express mail is available, however we still need time to process your order. If your order is time sensitive and you want us to Express Mail your order, please email us at: angel@greenvisionsnorthwest.com and let us know asap.
What will my shipping carrier be? We currently ship UPS and USPS. UPS doesn’t deliver to PO Boxes.

How do I place an order? You may order online by checking out with our online shopping cart.
Can I order by mail? No
Can I order by phone? Sorry, we can only accept orders by internet at this time.
Can I cancel or change an order? Our payment processor will not permit us to cancel or modify orders after they have been submitted by the customer. Please double check your order carefully before submitting it.
Is it safe to order online with my credit card? Yes, all secure credit card information is collected on a secure server (SSL) for your protection.
When can I expect to receive my order? We allow between 3-5 days to prepare your order for shipping. You will get an email notification that your items have been shipped so it’s important to leave us your email address.
Will I be charged sales tax? Yes, if you live in Washington State we are required to collect sales tax.
I am an international customer, can I place an order? At this time we are not shipping internationally.

Return Policy
Green Visions Northwest reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to the customer. If you would like to return an item or have any questions, please email us at: angel@greenvisionsnorthwest.com.
In the event that you, for whatever reason, refuse delivery of your order and it is returned to us (unopened) you agree to refund us the shipping costs both for the original shipping and the return as well as pay a 30% restocking fee. You agree to not withhold payment or file a dispute regarding these fees. Once the returned order has been inspected Green Visions Northwest will refund your payment minus the above fees within 2-3 weeks after the return has been received.
What is your return policy? Because Green Visions Northwest offers many different products, there are different return policies. Below you will see the the policy reflecting the item being returned.
Mineral Makeup: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. Opened containers will not be returnable. There will be a 50% restocking fee for all returned brushes.
Bath & Body Products (soaps, lotions, scrubs): Due to the nature of these products Green Visions Northwest cannot accept any returns of opened products as we can no longer guarantee the purity of the item and it can not go out for resale.
Shopping Bags: All items have a 15 day return limit from the date of shipment from our location. All returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Clothing: All items must be in new shape, tags on and never worn or washed. There is a 20 day return limit from the date of shipment from our location.
What is your privacy policy? Green Visions Northwest respects your privacy and will never sell your information, or share or sell or otherwise transfer any information you provide us with.
What if a color is significantly different than it looked on your website, or than I expected Computers have made online shopping possible, however computer monitors are not all created equal. It can be hard if not impossible to accurately display colors from one monitor to another. This is even more difficult with very subtle shade differences, like those found in mineral powders. For this reason, we encourage you to purchase samples FIRST, before ordering full size products. We cannot accept returns on opened containers, so if a color turns out significantly different than you expected, we will be unable to accept a return. So, please, buy all the samples you like first.
What if my order is incorrect/missing items? Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We will confirm the problem, and correct the order. We may ask you to return items to us, or email us a photo of the incorrect items so we can better determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right to refund you the cost of your incorrect item(s) rather than replacing them. Shipping is not refundable.
What if my order never arrives? After tracking the package, we will make determinations on missing orders on a case by case basis. All such claims must be made in a timely manner. You will get an email notification when your order ships.
Cancellations: Once you submit your order we begin processing and do not allow cancellations.
Are any of your products tested on animals? We are in the business of selling organic and natural products and work hard at finding companies that do not test on animals.
Large Orders: Please note that large orders, ($200+) will likely require extra processing time, so please allow an additional 3-4 business days for processing.
